What to Expect
All the elements of yoga come into focus during the 4 week workshop, including; asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation and the philosophy of yoga. By the end of the 4 weeks, you will be confident to walk into any yoga class, anywhere in the world!
Our teachers will take you through the most common yoga poses and help you make adjustments just for to your body. Beginner workshops are kept small and private so you can receive the individual attention required, all in a safe and non-judgmental environment. We invite questions and openness from all students throughout the workshop.

Start your new yoga journey with our beginner’s workshop. It’s the perfect way to be introduced to what you can expect in your practice.
We take you step by step through the basics so you feel confident. As you progress through the 4 week series, you’ll begin to understand how and why yoga will help not only your body but your mind too.
